How do I log an injection?

Tap the Injections tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap "+ Log New Injection". Select your peptide, enter the dosage, choose the injection site, and save.

How do I track my weight?

Go to the Weight tab and tap "+ Log Weight". Enter your current weight and it will be added to your progress chart.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to your Profile and tap "Export Data" to download all your tracking history.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at ashleyryckman1022@gmail.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
